A gaggle? Why? Are they geese? I love the English language for the creativity of calling a group of specific animals so differently. Bloat of hippos Parliament of Owls Pod of whales Conspiracy of Lemurs Smack of Jellyfish Cackle of Hyenas Etc. And now a Gaggle of Cellini lovers Definition: A group of geese is called a gaggle. This is because when geese get together they can get quite noisy and rowdy. They're only referred to as a gaggle when they're on land. When they're flying in formation they can be referred to as a skein |

Cellini lacks the love, but can be used as a good bargaining chip. A year ago I walked into an AD and they said if I purchased the moonphase Cellini in the case they would get me a Pepsi within a year. Now times have changed, and while it may not get you a Pepsi, I'm sure it will open avenues for you at the AD.

My reasoning would be:
If it's for you to wear, you should really like it to spend 15K on it. So if you have to ask on a public forum, seems to me you are not really onboarded on this piece. If this is part of building relationship / purchase history with AD, then it is another story... |

It really is an underrated and underappreciated piece. It's a dressy piece and for the money you could get something from PP, ALS, etc, but it's got 50M WR, which makes it less finicky and a Rolex movement, etc. My uncle has an everrose date Cellini and the dial is quite nice along with the lines of the case itself. Typical Rolex DNA, but when paired with the right strap it's right up there with other pieces albeit without movement finishing etc.
