How soon after picking up first watch can I ask for my second piece?
Hi Guys, I’m picking up my first AP so I’m very new to the game. Im picking up my first ROO diver in a few days. It’s one of those watches I am happy with, but it was more of a backup watch to build that relationship. Super excited about it, but I already know ahead of time that it won’t be suitable for all occasions due to its size and massive presence.
Grail watch for me is a black 15500ST (or an equivalent newer model that has yet to be released). I’m wondering if it’s ok to mention or ask for the 15500st while I’m picking up the ROO? Or should I wait a few weeks or so after the dust settles to express interest again. Thanks in advance! |

If you are ready to buy another watch then ask immediately.

Agreed! Be open with your SA so they understand what else you would like to acquire. You never know when an allocation might become available.

I hope you expressed your interest in that piece also prior to making the ROO purchase. They should know you’re doing this their way in order unlock and fulfill a true grail piece for you. If not, I’d let them know as soon as possible you’re interested in that piece. Now isn’t the best of times as this year is called the “VIP’s 50th Anniversary”. Most pieces are already pre-located for old time customers. But never hurts to try

is the diver a strong enough piece to expect a 15500st black within <1 year? or am I still at the end of the line behind VIPs + those who purchased codes or ladies watches? thanks in advance |

Before you walked out of the AD/boutique but right after you said thank you as you were putting on the first one.

It’s definitely a good relationship starter but I wouldn’t expect to skip the line of people who have bought concepts, high end CODEs, diamond ladies pieces etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Got it….oh well. I’m just hoping I can get it within a year or so. Hopefully that’s realistic

Ahh yikes. I guess I’m in for a long wait. I prefer the black 15500ST which theoretically should be easier to get, but these days, I guess they’re all difficult to get Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
