Retrofitting modern Oyster bracelet on 16570

Good morning,

I recently acquired the 16570, Swiss only dial, A-serial, drilled lugs, approx 1999 production date. Has anyone retrofitted a newer Oyster bracelet with easy link or glide lock onto this watch? I'm looking for the proper end link and bracelet codes and also a good source to find them. Thank you!

Sure one of the more expert members will chip in - but I did the same with a 16710 a number of years back - end links are integrated but use of the appropriate spring bars meant it fitted in ok - transformed the wearing experience so highly recommended . Good luck with your project and congratulations on the new watch

The SEL bracelet 78790A was fitted to Exp II's. You can bolt any 16mm clasp with EZ link or Glidelock clasp to this bracelet.

Thanks Larry. My watch has 501B (not solid) end links and the 78790 bracelet. I should have mentioned the 501B end links in my first post.

Any options to replace the whole entire bracelet to solid end links and easy link? Looking to see if anyone knows the correct bracelet code. Thank you.

As I mentioned, the 78790A is the SEL for it.

If you want EZ link, almost any Oyster off the pre ceramics will fit, and even some of those too.

I have a Daytona's 78590 bracelet on one of my Exp II's. Solid end links, solid center links, billet clasp, and EZ link.

On my K serial, with 78790A bracelet, I have installed the SubC glidelock bracelet on it.
