Thoughts in ROLEX DAYTONA ZENITH L series.

I have an opportunity to buy a Daytona Zenith watch. Full kit.

The asking price is $23k, wondering why it is so much lower than other models?

Is there something about these models that makes them less desirable?

Two tones were always less. For that much, I’d stretch and get a 116520.

In US$ that’s a bit over asking prices - but I think the primary answer to your question is 5-digit 2-Tone models just aren’t in same level of demand.

Can’t speak to your question, but I really am not a fan of the Arabic numerals on this dial — seem really unnecessary. Mind the condition, hard to tell from the photo but some of the lugs and crown guards seem like they might be a tad worn.

Two tones are less expensive. Try using WatchRecon to figure out what the market is.
