Help please

Hi can anyone tell me where to buy a jubilee strap for my datejust 41
I called my local AD and was told it would be about £3000 to £4000 but she sounded like she was just making it up.
I have had a quick search on the internet and there seems to be lots of conflicting stories, Some owners say that Rolex want your old strap where some other owners say they do not, And prices seem to range from £1500 to £4000
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jay.

I bought a new strap for my Sub recently in the UK.

It was £1k from the RSC or from the AD.

Neither wanted my old bracet back.

The RSC would only sell it if Iet them fit it. The AD would just sell it boxed. I went with the AD as it was a spare and I didn't want it fitted.

Thanks for the reply’s…. Crazy thing is I have only just purchased the watch and haven’t even worn it yet. I put my name down for a 41 datejust with a mint green bezel with an oyster strap, they didn’t have any to show at the time so never got to try one on. When they did finally have them to try on I actually preferred the jubilee. I asked them if there was anyway I could swap and was told that all the watches had been allocated and that I could cancel my order and start again. Given the current situation with getting a Rolex watch I just couldn’t take the chance.
