Extreme sporting activities with a fifty fathoms?

I have a rose gold blancpain fifty fathoms that should be coming back from service soon.

Does anyone here have experience with golfing, shooting guns, playing basketball, baseball, or other sporting activities with their fifty fathoms or blancpain leman?

I understand that they say don't subject the watch to extreme shocks; however I wonder if anyone has any real life experiences with this? I like to wear my watches for every occasion.

Not that you can't, but its should you?

its your watch, so wear it the way you want it.

If you are thinking about wearing a rose gold fifty fathoms to go chop down some trees, by all means, go ahead. The worst case if you broke it, and you have to send it in for service. They will fix it up like new.

Otherwise, there are always more sensible and reliable (i.e. less likely to break) watches to wear when you think you may break the watch, not just scratch it up, but breaking something inside the movement.
