What is the highest serial # you know of for a pcg gmt

Just wondering when they cut off production of pcg....mine is a late 64 # 11497xxx and is already changed over to the narrower rounded guards.. Thanks

thanks..got a little info off there.. hope more here have early gmt watches can chime in on ser # and pcg or early rounded guards.. i see one guy listing his 114xxxx as pcg..mine is also 114 but it obv an early rounded pcg...so that must be the range would sure like to see more 114xxxx gmts listed thanks dan

NOW HERE IS A MUCH EARLIER ONE WITH PAPERWORK SHOWING JUNE 1965 ON ITS SALE DATE? OR IS THAT LITTLE PAPER ITS MANUFACTURE DATE?... BACK DATE LOOKS LIKE II 63 , THANKS

Trying to make sure i understand pcg vs early non pcg..as they are very close in appearance.. What is the latest ser # pcg you have seen or know of?

They are not very close in appearance. I’m sorry. It seems like you’re trying to establish that for some reason, but the two are very different. Your watch, which is a nice piece, has rounded crown guards. Not sure why you’re having trouble accepting that.

Agreed. Pointed crown guards are very distinctly different from the OP's or any rounded crown guards.
The only ones similar I've seen are the semi pcg on the Tudor 7016.

i know what mine is once i found the website last week with the case info.. i see so many people selling pcg advertised watches that look just like mine..so obv they are wrong.. trying to learn correctly is all.. also i am seeking info on the latest serial numbers known for pcg so i can see where the changeover took place for my own personal info
