Buongiorno, sarebbe interessante portassi le foto del 1680 prima del ripristino per un confronto geometrie cassa.

Looks sharp and I’m all for it. How was the condition of the case before you decided on this restoration?

Looks awesome, and thank you for this post...this section is the only thing keeping me on this site, beautiful watches, sharing of the same, keen insight from super knowledgeable people, and...well...just watch appreciation without any of the nonsense that otherwise goes on in some of the other sections...mostly one.
I love seeing the vintage pieces, I have owned several over the years, and am thinking of getting back in the game, I am down to just a couple of beautiful seiko 6139 speed timers one from ‘70 and the other a little newer, and my 16610 which I got recently, but, it isn’t the same as nice 5512, 5513 or 1680, so I may need to move it and get on a cool vintage piece! I do have a pvd CWC quartz for hard use and workouts. |

Beautiful! Congratulations. Your post inspired me to get out my 1680, which I haven't worn much in a few months. I had to tire out my hand resetting the date from 14 to 2, LOL, though it was worth it. I'll keep the 1680 on the wrist for a few weeks now. Enjoy!
