Someone to repair 1966 Rolex Oyster Perpetual

Hello,
New to the group. I’m looking to have my fathers vintage Rolex serviced. I sent it to a recommended repairman. He’s cleaned it and got it running but would not take it apart clean and lubricant it because parts are not available.
He ultrasonically clean the whole movement. This seem risky to me as it would remove any lubrication.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
