Most definitely as it'll wear much more comfortably and be less noticeable on the wrist. Great vacation watch.

X2

If someone points a gun at me I'll just surrender it . I can just get another one vs some of my other pieces very hard to get a replacement

First, I loved your description of your wife’s reaction. That watch looks great! I like it better than the blue one. Go for it!

I tried one one today and it was a great looking watch. There's no reason why you couldn't have both and I don't think there's much overlap.

It's not gonna make the earth move, but I prefer this release to the MN overall. More subtle and a better stealth expression of the Pelagos DNA.

It also works well as a streamlined callback to the LHD, IMO, whereas the other FXDs don't quite capture for me the fresh, sunlit, almost candy-blue of the blue Pelagos OG. That watch has its flaws, but it still feels new all these years on.

So sure, OP, grab the FXD Mil when you can. It looks like a good 'un.

I believe the bracket version doesn't have the red text

If you like it and have the means to buy it, buy it.

The FXD watches don't come on a bracelet; they have integrated lugs.

The closest thing would be the Pelagos 39, which follows the FXD in being slimmed down with a grippier bezel, but has a red Pelagos text on the dial.

Do you like the new FXD more compared to the Alinghi Red Bull one?

If you need to ask then NO

I don't do blue. So there's your answer.

If FXD alinghi it's in all black I might consider because carbon and cheaper price. But I feel like this new black FXD is perfect I'll probably end up picking this anyway due to Ti being more "durable". I never thought I'll say this. I feel like this new black FXD is scratching my Nose date sub itchy. I started my journey hunting for a No date sub back then it was still Maxi dial and $7500 only retail. I ended up with a SD43. I thought I was gonna stop there but boy. That was only the beginning. And BTW I don't like the Chrono alinghi period.
