007 No Time to Die SM

From owners that have other divers at the same price point, is this watch overpriced? I want one but its the same price as a Rolex Submariner.

Great looking watch, but definitely overpriced. When they first came out, I purchased one at my AD for about 15% below MSRP ($7750 vs $9200). As much as I liked the look, that Milanese bracelet just didn’t work with my under 7” wrist.

It's objectively overpriced, in that it regularly sells below MSRP. That said, the level of finishing is closer to a Yachtmaster than a Submariner--so in that respect, one could say it is underpriced.

Interesting comment here regarding overpriced in terms of market vs MSRP. By that definition no one should be buying anything from ADs at retail 99% of the times if you consider what's over MSRP in the market in the scheme of things.....

In this case I do think it's overpriced compared to what Tudor was able to do with the Pelagos at that price point versus this. But I do love the nttd and think it's worth adding to one's collection.

There is no overpriced in luxury segment, as you pay the brand etc

NTTD is a watch which really makes the difference on omega line up BUT you need to see it with your own eyes and feel the thing in your hands…..

Price is just a number, 9200 for watch makes no difference than 7500 for a watch, if you pay that amount then no words needed

We are all spending way too much on this hobby/ addiction

I have owned the NTTD several times and it is currently in my collection. The msrp is now $10000 on the Omega site. Is the watch worth that? Not to me, but I picked mine up in the mid 7's and got it on the bracelet and added the OEM NATO and a OEM NATO leather. I own a Submariner, 4 Seamaster 300m's and a slew of Tudor and Seiko divers. The NTTD has a place in the collection. It is a beautiful watch and one that is special, at least to me. Add it, pick it up slightly pre-owned and enjoy.

I also picked mine up new for the mid 7k range & just added the NATO. Great watch and you can definitely find it below RRP.

Id say yes $10k is overpriced. But try to see if any AD's will work with you on pricing. If none prevail, buying grey is the way to go. I got a nice deal on one. I absolutely love it. For around 7k I think its worth it. Its still alot more the the steel 300M but its very unique.

Anyone have this on a rubber strap? Both the factory mila and NATO looks great, but a integrated rubber might put it over the top for me.

Literally, just arrived today. Having owned a standard modern Seamaster Diver 300M in stainless steel, I would say this is clearly superior and certainly commands a higher price point, but ~10k MSRP is 100% too high. This feels like a ~7-8K MSRP watch; which is around the price I got it from a trusted seller.

I've had it on my wrist for three hours now so any review would be premature, but I already love it. This should be the template that Omega follows for their next generation of Seamaster Diver 300M in stainless steel.

Unfortunately it’s great. Just tried one on and own the normal 300m. Mesh bracelet didn’t fit anywhere near as nicely as my breitling mesh but the watch is a stunner. I’ll probably go with nato just hope it’s around in ‘24 so I can save for it.

The piece is probably the best Semaster there is!
Bought it and never looked back!

It’s a beautiful watch. I nearly bought one a few years ago but thought it was overpriced at around £8000. I bought a standard Seamaster instead but that was a mistake as it wasn’t what I wanted and I got my Sub Date shortly after. Now the NTTD is £9500 but second hand I can get for between 6&7k. Im going to visit the AD this weekend, try it on and see if I still love it. If see I’ll either look for a deal or go grey for a slightly used.

Agree. The movement is "better" than a similar Rolex, which is also over priced.

I own one, bought used. Are you paying for "Bond"? Yes. Is it a virtually un-matched watch on the market. Yes.

Is it worth it? It was to me, maybe not to you. Depends on how much you like it. The dial, the color, the weight, the bracelet.... it was worth it to me.

I don't regret it. Price is what you pay, value is what you get. I feel I got my value out of the price I paid.

PS.... go grey.

PSS... most pictures don't do it justice. You must see it in person. I love the colors but feel they are more muted in person than most pictures show.

I’ve been offered one for £6250 ($7650). It’s a year old and almost perfect (one minute mark on bezel). There are cheaper options on EBay but this seems the best deal I can find. Retail her is £9500 ($11600).

It's good and gives vintage vibe but I won't pay MSRP.
Getting a used one that is I will do

Speaking of quality, my new NTTD is consistently more accurate than my new SD43.
