Rolex - a real EDC.

There are Lange, Patek and even Breguet to admire. Rolex is intended to fulfill the functions of an everyday watch.

Great photo. Any watch can serve as an everyday watch. It just depends on what your taste in watches is.

This may be true, but in my case it wasn't. I started with Breitling watches before I had my first rolex. I had some decorative parts falling off of 1 (a cockpit model), and 2 others stopped working. I'm not too hard on my watches, but wear them daily as a "tool" watch (not coddled). decided to go rolex and haven't looked back since 1995. I have yet to send in any of my rolex to be fixed because they stopped working properly - and I've thumped some of them a few times too.

I own a variety of different watch models. But after purchasing my first Rolex in 2017 will never wear anything but a Rolex.

I do this via Tapatalk VIP, with virtually no clipping (degrading) their resolution.

Rolex is a do anything go anywhere watch, even the slightly more flashy models. This my father’s 10 year old Daytona. It is his only watch and he wears its every single day.

Looks perfect! I hope he never gets it polished. Lots of memories, I'm sure.

That’s awesome!!!!

I’ve really been considering getting down to a 2 or 3 watch collection. Wish I could do 1 but I have a physical disability that sometimes requires something more lightweight than my Sub and I like something that doesn’t draw attention when I travel, I’m pretty defenseless lol!

I think that Daytona is very underrated, it was surprisingly available in the case when I started shopping for my Sub in ‘19.
