Is it such a good idea to purchase Grey as the support in your home country will be a problem. I'm sure Rolex won't service it.

In the for sale section under boutique sellers you can find them.
These have tons of feedback for a worry free deal.

You can also check feedback on this forum for many other sellers.

Any RSC will service any watch.

And I'm sure they will. Rolex service centres don't care where you bought the watch from.

The grey market in Rolex is really nonexistent. Almost all of the watches you see online are used watches, having been sold to someone else first with the warranty running. As with the purchase of any used item, first buy from a seller, who will make sure the watch is real and will refund your money at any time should it ever be learned the watch is stolen property.

And with a fast turnaround time, if I may add. For my first grey purchase this year, there were 17 hours between me completing the wire and the watch showing up at my door

Rolex would service a Rolex or Tudor watch that you found in the gutter in a third world country as long as it's genuine and not reported stolen.

Well that's good news because that's exactly where I got my Rolex and I was worried when it comes time to service it I may be in trouble.

Exactly. No true grey market for Rolex. Just used car salesman

Incorrect , Rolex will service any Rolex assuming you are prepared to pay and will carry out the warranty work as well

I think you’ll find this is not very good advice. Rolex will of course service a watch from a grey but they will check if it’s been stolen in the past. Buying from one of the trusted resellers on here will help your search and hopefully ease your mind

SohAIS (Aamir) imo has the most reasonable prices for any Grey that sells here

Does the Blusey take long to get from an AD?

BobsWatches in NewPort Beach CA, also has great pri es and are very knowledgeable. They also have a brick and mortar store if you want to visit.

Bob’s watches is consistently at the high end of the price spectrum, and is notorious for lowball offers on trades/sales. I would look elsewhere

I like EWC. Their pricing tends to be on the very high end compared to what I see things actually trading at but they’re an honest bunch of guys I’ve transacted with a few times.

They will negotiate some too.

I feel differently, but then again, Ive actually done business with them. When I bought my DJ41, last week, I had put together a ‘spread sheet’ of Trusted Vendors and the prices for the watches that I was interested in.

Bobs was not always the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. It all depended on which reference, etc. I also sold my Breitling Chrono 44 to them two weeks ago. It was 12 yrs old, they offered me shat I considered top dollar, and two days after they received it, the money was in my account.

Of course, as with any vendor/transaction, YMMV.

I believe you meant to ask the best preowned website. It is odd to find a grey dealer that sells Rolexes.
