Used to own a few of them years back. Liked the aesthetic and felt they were well made. The movement misdirections from a few years back hurt them.

At one point they had great momentum

Yeah I agree they shit the bed with some bad decisions that they've never really been able to recover from. Also don't find the quality particularly good for the price they charge.

They tried to pass off some out sourced movements as in-house and were forced to admit it.

Didn’t bother me but what does , is that every watch has to be attributed to a sport or an occupation or whatever. Most models are derivative of something else which yes I know most are but…..if you want something a little more original and British(ish) take a look at

Never a fan of them. I thought they were over stylized and didn't offer anything unique. A friend bought a few and struggled to sell them when he wanted to change the direction of his collection.
