Introduction of box 31.00.04?

Does anyone have a clear timeframe in which box 31.00.04 was introduced?

I see a number of early 2000s (~2001-2003) Day-Dates being offered on Chrono24 with this box, though I would have expected these to be provided with box 70.00.02 instead.

Boxes are made in several parts of the world so there is no real exact timeframe by the numbers, only the period style mainly inside box watch holding pillow etc.

Yes, looking mostly for a rough estimate here. I figure one may have been used in the early 2000s versus the other in the mid 2000s, but hoping someone with more knowledge of the box history might be able to confirm.

The box is just a box and not the best in the watch world,at this time in years 2000 to 2010 or longer you got what box the AD had on his shelf at point of sale.Boxes around 2000 had a pillow to hold watch later had a horse shoe holder. But not real important the most important thing is the watch and not the packaging.
