Beautiful. Love the custom end links to fill the gap between the strap and case. Where did you find those? I need to grab a set!

My initial reaction would be to get a new crisp bezel. I think it would make the watch really pop.

But reading through the comments, I agree that the polished case may not match with a crisp new bezel.

That's what I like about the forum. Too bad you guys can't be around to tell me when my tie doesn't match my shirt.

Also, I think it's a stunning watch.

It’s insane how different the dial looks in different lights. Truly stunning

Are we allowed to ask how deep $ wise you are into this Rolex after buying a couple parts?

$6,100 for the case (seller was reasonable because they knew condition wasn’t great)
$400 for the OEM dial (eBay auction)
$400 for the OEM crocodile strap
$100 for the endlinks
$200 for the dial swap

Also have an extra strap/dial from the original purchase that I’ll be selling to offset. So this watch will effectively be less than $7k all in.

I also currently have an 116000 Blue Dial OP that I will be selling (any takers?). So this was an essentially a free trade in (+/- couple hundred dollars).

Where did you source the endinks? Thanks!

If you did, it's probably $ you'll never get back. The watch looks great with what you have done. Stop and smell the roses, you have a handsome exemplar as is now.

It's a job well done, It's good you've decided to leave it like that considering the public opinion, enjoy your watch.
