18239 Spring Bar question

Can you all tell me if the spring bars on a 18239 make the bracelet fit exactly flush with the case ? I feel like the fit of the bracelet in the attached photo is not right.

I am looking at purchasing a 18239, but I am not thrilled with this fit, see photo.

On my 18238 the fit is perfect and flush no daylight , why would there be a variation in fit of bracelet to case between a 18238 and 18239 if both watches were manufactured within 3 years of one another ?

Have the spring bars replaced , will that fix the issue of the gaps in the photo ?

Thank you

I had a 18239 and it did sit flush. Could be the spring bars ... also wondering if the bracelet is properly matched. If so, probably the spring bars. I remember having them replaced on mine at some point.

Unlikely that spring bars will fix that contour mismatch.

Likely that is the wrong bracelet for that watch in the photo. Possibly a bracelet fit to a strap case after removing the end-spacer.
