HELP - vintage Air-King

Hi all

I've been given a vintage Air-King. It belonged to a friend of mine's father who's had it for many decades, so I'm assuming it's original. It certainly has the patina of an old watch.

How do I determine its age?

It's also missing its bracelet... and the outer casing of the crown. Where do I source replacement parts?

I live in Cape Town, South Africa.

much appreciated,

Steve

If you look between the lugs at 6 o'clock you'll find the serial number then go to any good Rolex reference book and the year listing will give you the approximate age. The numbers between the lugs at 12 are the model number. Rik the watchmaker
