Service crystals do not have the "S" anymore.

At the right angle the LEC can look weird bc each etching is not at the exact same depth by Rolex standard. This is what makes the LEC so hard to copy bc only Rolex knows how deep each one is. You can see this with a nice laboratory microscope.

Per the info on Millenary Watches, if the dial is black, the LEC is more easily seen by the naked eye.

BUT, the LEC on the watch pictured seems to have something within the oval. If it's a service crystal, the oval will often (but not always) have an "S" within the oval. The OP's watch seems to have an oval within the oval.
