Ok there friend. My point is that anything to get clicks. Guaranteed that two years from now the crime stats will be the same. But it won't carry the headlines. The Trump tweets will.

A Rolex tool watch (Sub, SeaDweller, Explorer II) can be insured for about $10/month; covers theft, accidental loss, and for jewelry like rings, i.e. diamond ring down the drain, lost stones, etc., they are covered. Also damage, so if you fall and break your crystal it's covered. Look for one with an A.M. Best high rating.

Our independent insurance agent of decades steered us there because our homeowners rider became prohibitive.

Not sure you will have a problem wearing a Rolex in NYC, people wear Rolexes on a daily.
