Sub. And if the cuff cannot take it, just move the button a bit. Easier than to buy a Sub.

I vote JLC Reverso.
Oh wait, that wasn’t on the list? Okay then in that case, a JLC Reverso. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

With your wrist size and the fact that you don't mind a graduated bezel, I would recommend looking at the Exp II.

The Explorer is not that interesting. But I do like the Explorer II. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Explorer wears better with a suit. General guideline is time only with a suit. Bezel puts it off. Plus the Expl flies much better under the radar than the very recognisable profile of the sub.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell and James Bond wear subs with suits!

A suit/tie and a sub is well accepted in the business world, it's a very common sight (in my part of the world). The Sub makes the suit uniform less constrained and more casual.
Even better is to wear a Sub, but without the suit, or at least without the tie, so you don't look too much like a random sales drone. Sent from my SM-X810 using Tapatalk |
