18238 no lume questions

trying to see any red flags with this watch. no papers. seems in good condition no real sag in the band. i plan on taking it to the RSC near me but the watchmaker is out this week, the employee there thought something with the diamonds and maybe the hands looked off, but told me to bring it back when the watchmaker was back. wanted to see if anyone here had any thoughts.

does "swiss made" indicate it should not have any lume in the dial or hands?
price is 13.5 with no papers but includes wooden box

There were no lume diamond dials mostly sold in Japan and other parts of Asia. Watch looks good to me it’s got the post 1995 bracelet that matches up with what should be on a T serial.

thank you for the response, how are you usually able to tell if the diamond dial is original?

Nice, perhaps the employee isn’t familiar with the older (much nicer) style of setting.
