1908 Availability?

Hello All,

Is the 1908 in white or yellow gold available to purchase or order at ADs? I am aware of the supply/demand situation for Rolexes in general but figure this is a somewhat unique piece.

Thanks!

John

Was offered the WG/black dial 52509 on Friday. Beautiful watch. I did not commit. I had thought if I wanted that watch it would be YG/white dial, then I saw the Pt version (not in person though) and didn't know if I would be satisfied with anything else if I were to own one of these.

Quite impressive in person.

Not sure about the gold ones but I asked my AD about the Platinum one and apparently Rolex has told them to not to expect to get any this year and one next year so going to pretty difficult to get I think.

Worth asking your AD. Definitely not a huge demand but I also suspect low production because of that.

Talked to my AD about this last week; a large chain. They've only seen 3 since release, have not seen the platinum version yet.

This. These will compete with haute horology brands so the demand most likely will be low and thus, availability also.
