Tough call for me, but if someone was twisting my arm, I'd pick the AP. Good luck!

Daytona all the way.

For the RO, I'm partial to the blue Jumbo extra thin.

Definitely AP.
Not a fan of blue and black together (guess some BLNR folks disagree )

The bezel appears black in the picture due to the reflection, but it’s actually white gold.

Ahh didn’t see that in my hurry. Also couldn’t understand that color combination
Still voting for the AP

I waited 7 years for my 1st AP and the wait is totally worth it in my view. AP blue dial is beautiful and the bracelet is so solid.

AP for me on this one. Their finishing is second to none and there's only a select few Daytonas I would consider.

I had almost the exact same decision a few months ago, only with the 41mm AP Chrono which had the silver sub dials. If I remember price was within a few hundred dollars. I went with the Daytona because of the precious metal aspect mostly. I felt like that alone would ensure that it would hold its value should I decide to change directions at some point.

But man, I can’t get that AP out of my head. It’s stunning. And I’ll add an AP chrono at some point, likely soon. They’re just so much more rarely seen. (Even the rare WG Daytona is still usually just recognized as “just” a Daytona; which is kinda nice actually).
With grey prices falling it may be this one, or perhaps one of the newer green dial references to add some variety since I have the blue already covered.

Dang, even as I type this I’m still unsure of my decision. But I do love the Daytona. I’m gonna wear it today.

The WG blue dial Daytona is one of the most special Daytona ever made.
