Hi, we can all understand your frustration, however, the desire to have a watch must not exceed the importance of the event that is your wedding.
It's not against you particularly but I see completely delusional reactions around the need to have a Rolex, which goes beyond important life events.

The worst I could read was the guy who wanted a GMT BLRO for his grandmother's funeral because his grandmother's favorite color was blue and red! The guy explained that he went to see an AD with this excuse to beg one GMT….

Enjoy your wedding with your wife, your loved ones and your family who will be there with you to celebrate your union!

Believe me, no one will remember what you wear on your wrist, or will notice, or talk about it!

Nevertheless, if you want to treat yourself, although I certainly appreciate Rolex watches as much as you do, there are plenty of watchmakers who make very beautiful watches for this kind of occasion like Cartier (Ballon Bleu 42mm, a Tank or a Santos) which will look classier for the event, or a JLC Reverso, and there is many orther watch models

Save your money for other toys and do not give in to the grey market/secondhand dealers. You already have a nice watch collection, any one of them would be great to wear on the wedding day.

OP, if you listen to the SA she is telling you what to do.
You have to speak with the manger or person who controls the allocation.
This happened to me, was dealing with a very nice SA who finally told me the owner controls the Rolex allocation. Met the owner and within in a few months had my Sub LV
