I had one on order from my AD since April. Got tired of waiting so I emailed all the Boutiques in the US. Almost all responded and 22 had them in stock ready for delivery. I ordered one and expect tomorrow.

Smart move. You can also find them at greys for MSRP or very close. Supply has finally caught up with demand I suppose.
