Boot fair rolex

Found this today at a boot fair running but the original
Crown won’t screw down it tries in some positions so hopefully it’s just the tube

You probably have judged it right.
The threads on tubes do wear out over time - like 10 years or more.

A photo wouldn't help know whether it was the tube or the crown itself.
