Recommendations for repair service in London

I have had the fortune of not needing a repair on my Rolex Milgauss until recently I managed to drop and break the watch glass/crystal.

I can't take it to Rolex due to a small customisation. Anyone have recommendations for a reputable repair service in London?

Try Steven Hale he does a lot of work for Rolex and comes highly recommended and he’s in London

Second vote for Steven Hale, they were excellent repairing my modified Sub. They’re in Mayfair and Bushey near Watford.

Crack or a chip? If it's a crack throughout the crystal you should assume a full service is needed. Crystal fragments in the movement could be expensive down the line if not adressed.

Well depending on what Millgauss you have as ones with the green crystal will be Rolex service only but depending on how bad crystal is broken would still use RSC.

Thanks - that was what i was also told by the repair services.

Full service for sure, the green crystal can be ordered by any watchmaker with a Rolex parts account. Don’t know if it’s the same in the UK for ordering parts.
