Our Take
The Rolex Milgauss, first introduced in 1956 with the ref. 6541, is renowned for its precision in high magnetic fields, catering to scientists requiring a resilient timepiece. The model features a vibrant dial with a playful mix of white, orange, and green, highlighted by the iconic lightning bolt seconds hand. Unique to the 116400GV version is its green sapphire crystal, known as "glace verte," providing a distinctive green halo around the dial's edge, setting it apart from the discontinued non-GV version with clear sapphire. The now discontinued Milgauss stands out for its functionality and distinctive design, making it unmistakably recognizable by its signature orange lightning bolt seconds hand.

This particular ref. 116400GV is in excellent pre-owned condition, meaning there are very little to no signs of wear. The watch includes the original box, and papers dated 2014.
