I like that movement but haven't decided on what watch to get... Big blue is nice but, well, big. There are a few flavors with this movement and it's on my list!

No, on this reference the whole bracelet was satin. This is the first iteration of the Aqua Terra to come with Caliber 8500 (the first generation AT used Caliber 2500). It was produced for only a couple of years before the bracelet got PCLs and the metal frame was removed from the date display.

Thanks for the info! I might look into one of these. My only hesitation is lack of micro-adjustment. I’ve been waiting for these guys to produce an Omega quick link— www.steelreef.com.

I am curious if this is 231.10.42.21.03.001? I've searched for it, and when I see pictures of this watch, they always look terrible, while in your pictures, this watch looks simply amazing!

For some time I've eyed this Bulang & Sons Racing strap. It came in the mail last night, and today is it's first day out. Nice luster and proportions, and it seems put together well. Pretty pleased with the look and fit
