My oyster bracelet is a bit loose. Can I adjust anything in this photo to tighten it? If so, please explain how to do it. Thanks

Then the answer is that you already have it set to the smallest settings for that bracelet.

The next step to make them fit smaller wrists is to remove one of the permanent links from the 6 o'clock side of the bracelet.
