Steel Reef Swiftlink

I was stopping by Steel Reef’s site to pick up one of their on the fly extension links (essentially an Easylink) for my new-to-me 16710 but came across this new product they have in development.

https://steelreef.com/products/swiftlink-for-rolex

It’s an interesting approach to adjustability so I took a flyer and was able to place an order after getting on a waitlist. I’ve never owned a Rolex with Easylink and like the more granular adjustability of the Glidelock on my sub. This seems like it could be a great solution to wrist swelling depending on daily variables.

I’ll report back once I receive it and install it. Just wanted to pass along in case anyone else may be interested.

I like the video look, but cant quite work out how the "easy link" locks into its settings. I'm a big supporter tho of on the fly adjustment, so hope it works out

Interesting concept, but looks like there is a gap when extended from the animated video?

Yep, fully extended that gap might be more obvious than I would want. I'd have to see more pics to decide.

I wonder if it’s easy to “lift” up on the link to extend it. It’s a pretty ingenious idea IMHO.

This is the best video I’ve seen of the operation (Grand Seiko demo model, though)
