Advice on getting my first Breitling
Hey all, my name is Ben, and I have just started at the forum with the suggestion of my friend Kevin(isGQ). I'm new to the watch world (I just started with a Rolex Submariner as a gift in June) and trying to learn as much as I can, so I'll be asking lots of questions.
I wanted something with a black dial that also had a good amount of gold to it, and I also liked the design of the classic Navitimer, so I'm thinking the yellow gold dial version with both a two-tone and black leather bracelet to switch up once in a while. I tried to get a sense of what it looks like, but couldn't find pictures of what I wanted, and a trip to the closest Breitling shop for me will be at least 2 hours, so I need a good feeling about what I want to buy before I go out there. Would the two-tone bracelet go well with the yellow gold Navitimer, or is my sense of fasion for watches not so hot, any thoughts? Also, what would be a good price for this watch? I did a search on amazon, looks like it'll go for about 7 G's with the bracelet... Ben |

Welcome to the Forum. You have come to the right place and Breitlings are great watches. I have owned many and especially like to switch between staps and bracelets on the models I have. You can easily do this because unlike Rolex, Breitling will sell you extra straps and bracelets.

Hey, thank you all for the help!
I did check out the brietling site, but it doesn't have the feature where it allows you to see what your final product looks like. I will check out the other site, though. |
