I have a 2003 thunderbird. I would like to get flourescent hands
put on for good night time viewing. Any suggestions on this? Do
I have to go to authorized Rolex dealer or is this a fairly simple process?

Will Rolex service center put on the LV Sub larger second hand or the maxi dial on a non LV Sub?

Nope, they'll only install parts which were originally available with that model.
