The change in rate allowed is +/- 60 seconds/day.
Cool my 32 year old DD fell 7 feet onto a tile floor; it landed flat on the crystal. The minute hand moved forward into the second hand, that is how hard it hit. After having the hands reset it is 12 seconds a day slow; it used to be over/under a second or two. So my DD is shock "resistant".

The info in my post is from the previous post in this thread, and applies to ISO parameters dealing with DIVE WATCHES.

It is good to know that your non-dive watch Day Date is truly shock resistant, and well within spec.

If the change in rate is consistent, then regulating the watch should not be a problem!

Oh the watch is fine I should have had it timed and pressure tested when I had the hands reset. It is due for service in 3 years I may just wait.
