Icon17 Watch sightings on the new season of the TV series 24.

I think most of us already knew that Jack Bauer wears a fake sub in the season 1 of the show. I love the show but I hate the fact that he had to wear a "prop" watch, just give him a g-shock or something instead of a folex.

MTM Special Ops in last season.

Now in tonight's episode, I noticed Jack's sidekick Curtis was wearing a seems to be panerai . I have managed to take a capture but I don't have the knowledge to tell a real panerai form a fake one.

Here you go guys, I have a feeling that its fake, the case looks funny comparing to the other panerai's that I have seen, but what do I know.

What do you guys think?

Yeh it almost looks like it has the rubber bezel protector still on.

I saw the guys mention this on paneristi.com from memory nobody said it was a fake one tho, however doesnt mean its not a fake one!

For the most obvious flaw, look at the date window.

Looks like it could be a Submersible Panerai with the larger bezel
It would be an automatic with the numbers only at 12 & 6. Date at 3 and seconds at 9

Here is another look, doesn't look like what you are describing.

maybe as a special agent, he is issued one with less than 2.5 time magnification, to be inconspicous....

i can't think of another reason why they cannot afford a real rolex, if they want to....
