What strap should I get
I have a vintage Breitling, It has a leather strap, but since I use it often and it does get wet, I would like to put a rubber strap on it and I would prefer a Breitling strap...The problem is I cannot force myself to pay the outrageous price for an original Breitling rubber strap. Any suggestions.

If you're going to go aftermarket, Hirsch has a few rubber and/or waterproof bands to choose from. Here's one in particular:

I think $100 for a rubber strap isn't too outrageous...

Where can you get a Diver Pro strap for $100? Lowest I've seen is $225. The Ocean Racer on deployment sells for $500+.

$225 American dollars for a diver pro...that is robbery! Laswiss in Canada has diver pros for $100, ocean racer on deployment clasp for $324, and leather band with tang style buckle for 130 with tax. All those price are msrp minus 25 percent give or take plus tax.
How could the cheapest you've seen be $225 American when msrp is $110???? |

Hey Guys,
I always thought the genuine Breitling straps were cheap especially compared to the ridiculous prices of Omega straps. Mind you I have never priced one as my watch as part of the deal came with its Pro II bracelet and a strap. It would be intersting to find out the Australian price. Cheers |
