First Rolex today!

Got a D serial Sub LV from kermit over on TZ today. We are both in Austin so I couldn't pass it up. Got to see it in person before laying out the cash. Always been an Omega wearer (SMP 2221.80 and 42mm PO Black/Black), but thanks in part to this forum I felt I had to try a Rolex out. Kermit is on TRF as 31jewelscom and seems like a stand up guy. Thanks to all for the great threads and reviews. I will take some pics at some point and share. As a 31 year old Domino's Pizza franchisee I tried for years to get the Domino's Airking ,but everytime I hit the goals they raise the bar. Thats alright now, the LV is so much more bada$$ than an Airking.

Pics (So it happened)

Played around with a point and shoot tonight. Pics are kind of bad. I will get out the SLR this weekend. So far I checked it at 24hrs and it is spot on with my radio atomic wall clock, never seen that before in an automatic. Also it winds extremely smooth and the date and hands all line up and change exactly. I guess you would expect that; but my PO doesn't line up and change like that and it is a high end watch to me. Thanks for all the comments!
