Third vote for Bob. He did an outstanding restoration on a 1908 W&D for me.

At that age depending on what it is RSC might be a problem. Another vote for Bob.

I haven't tried yet so can't speak from experience, but yo can look up Chamosa in N. Dallas off Preston Rd. I was quoted $250 for a DJ service and polish. The don't work on more complex movements like my Daytona that I originally called them about.
The RSC downtown now comes with a 2 year warranty. Everytime it was like seeing the watch new all over again!

I don't know who is best, but Dallas Watch on Midway has done about 5 services and sold me two Exp II's. Nice service, nice people, and decent prices.

+1 on Dallas Watch and Jewelry. I normally service my own watches but have steered family and friends toward them. I even had them finish a service for me on which I encountered a problem midway (they had no problem with this scenario). They do excellent polishing as well and their prices are more than fair.

The guy I normally deal with at the counter wears a nice Evo with diamond bezel.
