Icon2 Bad ebay listings

Some advertisers need really some help. If you are going to try to sell a high end watch on ebay there are some unwritten rules to follow.

Take this one for example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-President-...QQcmdZViewItem

List of don't:
- Don't start with a lusty picture if you are trying to sell a Rolex.
- Don't start your advertisement with a threat.
- Only offer the serial number only to the winner.
- Don't advertise a datejust as a president.
- Don't provide blurry dark pictures.
- Don't have gum wrappers and chapstick as the background of your picture.
- Don't have a women stripping as part of the advertisement.
- Don't steal magazine pictures and put them in your advertisement.

Ok, I feel better now.

I can't believe people are actually bidding on that auction.

Another one that 'gets' me is when an eBay "business" spends all their available space attempting to convince you of their legitimacy (usually in large, garish text) but at the end of the trail, they have a hotmail, gmail or yahoo Paypal address. Using email addys from those providers is akin to having the bags packed and parked next to the front door...

The bracelet looks to be about 1mm too narrow at the endlinks, but what the heck I'd buy this watch just to meet the sellers sister

What a loser, that seller!

The camera was far happier snapping his 'sister' than the Orlex, though.

Went into focus all of a sudden, just like I did.

My very first DJ had a silver dial. The guys pics are not clear, but it looks like the watch is legit minus the 18mm president band. I would need clearer pictures to decide. The chapter ring around the dial is genuine Rolex style and hands.
