I think Jacob&Co put out some monstrosity with 5 movements, and I've seen a number of watches with 2, so I don't think it's the first. It might be the first one to separate the chrono like that, but it seems gimmicky to me.

It is an amazing watch. Having owned JLC before--I can tell you they make an amazing watch. What is unique is that the watch has two separate power reserves--each operating independently of eachother--2 separate movements.

To service a JLC--about 1k --every 7 years or so. They make one heck of a movement. I had the Master Tourbillon--it was a stunner--this one is neat. For me--If spending up near that amount--it is A. Lange & Sohne RG Datograph--pure quality--like a piece of fine art. Check the pics I posted just now in other watch --non Rolex section--Best Richard!!
