Newbie needing some help

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and just need help getting a couple of answers to some questions. I tried searching for them on here but had zero luck. My questions are regarding the purchase of a fairly new submariner. I don't want to get taken on the used market with a fake. So here is my question...

-I was wondering what year and starting serial letter that the submariners started getting equipped with the glidelock clasp and blue lum markers?

If you are talking about the Stainless Steel Submariner, It has not yet been released with these attributes.
