I am loving my Kermit so far. My AD called me and told me that they would hold if for me. The next day I was there...last thursday...Remember, no sales tax in Oregon. I guess the problem is finding where one is. You might try calling Skees Jewelry in Eugene. You could fly up, take a trip to the Oregon coast, and get your watch tax free. Skees is not my AD, and I am not referring you to them as they tell me that they only get one greenie a year and I guess I got it. But Skees has a large line of Rolex watches and might be able to help you.

Maybe it is spelled Skeis..IF you like I will get you the direct and absolute information with phone number. You DO need a relaxing trip to the mid Oregon Coast for some good Salmon and beach walking in the late winter. IT is always beautiful, and then a tax free Rollie to boot?????

They had one for sell at Lacy's in El Paso as well. Bought mine form Paragon Jewlers in Beverly Hills. MSRP, free shipping, and no sales tax!

I bought my bl. & gold Sub from Skies 3 years ago for $5800.- tax free. It was an all-around great experience, especially as they even knocked a couple hundred off the price! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Thanks for the heads up Val... I don't know if Steven79 has already left on his adventure...
I think he mentioned the 24th as his departure date...

Today is the 26th. I thought he said it would be a "day" trip, if not, an overnight'er at the most.

Haven't heard from the guy since.

I'm wondering if he got it or if's he's curled up in a corner somewhere depressed

I love my Kermit. I was in a stressful conference call with some Type A a_ _ holes today, and I started looking for my zen self to let their stupidity flow above me, as I did not want to listen to moronic chatter. I looked at that green peaceful Kermit and felt calm. It helped me ignore these nuts and I let them fight it out. I needed not join in.

I too hope that our friend's adventure turns out ok.

Its a bit to travel for a watch, but then if the pleasure is more than the pain.

there is still something to gain.
