Look exactly like the Rolex, exact copy, other than the crown, does it count as infringe of a design?

That would be for Rolex to decide. I doubt the style or design of the watch is patented in the USA or elsewhere in the world. I do not see any violation of the Lanham Act (USA).

There are many watches that look similar same for many other comodities. But if they are not branded to make out they are the original brand cannot see any problem. And you could say the same thing about Rolex, now the Blancpain 50 Fathoms tested and on the market 1952, the first Rolex sub prototype 1953 Wonder if Rolex got there idea for the Sub from the Blancpain, they are very very similar to the very first Rolex Sub.

I have been trying to sell an iPhone on Ebay for the last week, yet every 'Buy-It-Now' buyer has turned out to be a suspious bidder! Ebay is not what it was anymore!!!
Not only that, but my account was blocked twice by Ebay, asking me to provide further details, even though I had!!!

I tried to sell two iphones on eBay recently and both winning bidders did not pay. I ended up having to relist them using the 'immediate payment required' option to ensure I was paid. One scammer even emailed me trying to convince me to remove the immediate payment option because his account was restricted.... eBay is filled with scammers and crooks!

I would bet Oyster Perpetual are registered trade names.

TM infringement plain and simple

This listing (220665135794) has been removed, or this item is not available.
