Do I need help

This afternoon, I went out to the cinema, sporting my SD, having spent some time cleaning it after a weeks wear, anyway after steping out of the car towards the cinema it started to rain, I was not wearing a coat, but found myself plunging my left wrist into my fleece in order to prevent the rain drops falling on my watch. Now I am wearing one of the most effective water proof watches in the world and am protecting it from a few rain drops.
Help I'm scared, whats happening to me is this normal

ROTFLMAO!! Jon, we all tend to forget what the intended use of these watches are since they are worn as jewelery not tools. Like before, you will get looser and less worried with time. And regardless, so what, you worked hard and payed your earned money for that baby, treat it however makes you smile.

Well Jon I would doubt if 80% of all Rolex sports watches see more
water, than in the shower or at the swimming pool.
