Rolex-Tudor (Rose Gold) - Authentic?
I'm interested in purchasing this watch to go along with a rose gold band I have. Does anyone know if this is authentic and or solid gold as the seller indicates?
http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Tudor-mens...item45f81531c2 Many thanks in advance for any help. |

This is such a common problem with E-Bay Watches. The dial is refinished and many times re-designed I.E. the california dial infestation. If you are in the market for a vintage Tudor there are many great sellers on TRF that can help. I would seek them out instead of dealing with E-Bay.

Just my opinion, but the crown is a different gold color, the dial isn't very nicely refinished, and that is a high price. The stainless caseback usually means the watch is gold plated, too.
