can someone tell me roughly how much it would cost to replace wheel balance on an Oyster Perpetual Model 1005?

More that the watch is worth since it's pretty much the heart of the movement.

Does it need a Balance complete or just a balance staff? difference is about 300 dollars.

It only needed the balance staff which BTW is fixed now.
