ebay seller three gold brothers Philadelphia.. beware

I bought a used AP rose gold rubber clad with this seller, Im having a bad bad experienced.

At first he told me that the watch will be 1 year under waranty by the store waranty. OK sounds good. After 3 months Im having a problem with the "crown" I cant push back after I made time adjustment, so I shipped back to the store, and they said, I have to pay partial half / half since they blamed me for push the crown too hard ... really ?? This is 35K watch and I pushed it too hard ?? Thats fine I just want my watch to be back in normal. So I paid half of it.

After 10 days they shipped back the watch to me, but this time, Im so pissed ... there are 2 deep scratches on the rubber bezel that for sure I belived the service guy tried to open the screw and messed up the rubber bezel both scratches hit the rubber bezel closed to the screw .
I called them to replace it, but they said that they checked with the video that the service guy didnt do anything wrong .. So they returned the watch and made a touched up a little bit, but they wont replace it and try to blame it on me.
Im so pissed right now, my 35K watch was ruined by un-profesional store / service guy and they dont want to take a responsible of it .

Just be carefull when buying from this seller, so un-profesional and doesnt care about the customer after you buy his product.

Any idea what should I do to make them replace the rubber bezel ?
