Icon4 580 end pieces warning

first I've seen this apparent quality and proper markings on reproduction parts very scary don't know what to trust.

...there are a couple of sellers on eBay selling these fake ends.

...one of the sellers is right here in the USA.

...HOWEVER, they all say either "4" Rolex or "FOR" Rolex.

...buyer BEWARE.

...however, because there is NO reference to "original", "genuine", or "authentic" Rolex, then there is not much to be done.
