So, I've picked up a watch addiction lately...That's how I stumbled upon TRF. :)
I'm only 18 and just a college student on track for medical school/possibly army ROTC (not contracted yet) at the moment! However, I want to start saving up for my first Ladies Rolex (pre-owned). It doesn't have to be super fancy or anything...just something above the Michael Kors watches that everyone around campus wears these days. After browsing some of the past watch sales for ladies rolex (pre-owned), I anticipate probably spending $1.5-$2.5k on the first watch. Since I'm a long ways to go from getting my first Rolex and don't want to break my bank...I just wanted to hang around here to get familiar with watches until then. How does one learn more about watches and be able to identify different models? Some people on TRF are true pros. I saw the thread Jocke posted about how he repaired a watch (http://www.watchwallpapers.com/imperial.htm) and it was amazing.:D |
